Our maufacturing company was established in 1973 and has been in the market for 45 years with its experience in the field of herbs, spices, dried fruits and seed cleaning, separating and calibrating machines & nuts roasting ovens, nuts salting or seasoning machines. It has been established in Izmir Organized Industrial Zone on the area of 11.000m² with 5000 m² indoor. We are offering turn key oilseeds/pulses,cereals close cleaning system plants.Please kindly note that general advantages and disadvantages between our cleaning systems and alternative cleaning systems: In our machines, with air suction and polyester covering on vibration plate the machine works without generating dust. The vibration providing motor is direct coupled. For this reason, it needs less maintenance than eccentric deck system.The parts of eccentric deck system can be exposed abrasion, and it can be more costly. In our system, the congestions in the machine are resolved by rubber balls which are in the sieves. In the other machines, these congestions are tried to open by brushes. The brushes can fray after a period time and it creates the new costs. Our machines have a system, which occurs the timed, the speed control, the preventing of extra congestion of sieve, as an option. So, it resolves effectively the congestions of sieve. Technically, this system does not apply any eccentric deck systems. In the same elemination process, the quantity of our machines are more higher than eccentric deck system. The main principle of our machines is completely closed to the external environment. So, the system prevents the dispersing of dust in the processed product and avoid you any waste raw material on the factory grounds. You can work w/o any dust,noise in your factory and any waste raw material on the ground under a hygenic conditions ,if you are producing any other second raw material and/or added value finished item at the same area at the same time period. NUTS ROASTED OVENS
Our Roasting Ovens and Fruit Drying Ovens are used for all kinds of Nuts; sunflower seed roasting, pumpkin seed roasting, hazelnut roasting, peanut roasting, almond roasting, pistachio roasting, cashew roasting, macadamia roasting and fruits-vegetables; grapes drying, apricots drying, figs drying, dates drying, mulberries drying, tomatoes drying process. Our nuts roasting and fruit drying ovens are horizontal type and belt system. All nuts roasting ovens and fruit drying ovens are produced completely from Cr-Ni stainless material. AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel profile and sheet are used all nuts roasting and fruit drying ovens including wire mesh band and chain. AISI 309 or 310 Cr-Ni stainless steel pipes and sheet materials resistant to high temperatures are used in burner chambers. The speed of the stainless steel wire mesh band is adjusted by AC motor drive. In large-capacity ovens, band movement can be controlled with a band balancing system. Natural gas, LPG or diesel are preferably used as fuel in the heating system. Nuts Roasting Ovens and Fruit Drying Lines are fully controlled by PLC control system. With this system, the band speed, the product thickness on the band, roasting room temperature and time is set and recorded. With these prescriptions previously stored in the system memory, the desired taste can be kept constant in every production. In the system, roasting air circulation is provided in the order from top to bottom and from top to bottom, respectively. With this feature, it is ensured that the product is roasted homogeneously. Disposal out of the system without touching the product of burnt gas oven extends the shelf life of our products. In addition, the roasting system with separate room maintains the aroma of the product to a considerable extent. In our nuts roasting ovens and fruit drying ovens, we have control and cooling rooms after roasting rooms. The high temperature of the cooling fan reduces the temperature of the roasted product to room temperature and makes it suitable for packing. The curtain band exit system for fragile products like peanuts prevents problems such as damage and breakage in the product.
COLD PRESS SEEDS OIL MACHINERIES
You can use our high efficiency , cold press seeds oil line systems for edible and pharmetucal cold press oils ( according to yr markets- or for yr farmers / villagers' their own oils using or ,… ) . after process; oil cake can be used by farmers as animal feeds. if you can use our close system oilseeds cleaning line together with our cold press line systems and / or use the real 99 % and up cleaning rate of raw material , sediments and oil cake can be sell to diet and biscuit industries for a better income.
